                Candle Care

FOLLOWING THESE GUIDELINES WILL HELP YOU TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR CANDLES.

*Although the wicks I use are self trimming It is recommended that you trim the wick to between ⅛ and ¼ of an inch and this should be done every 4 hours of burn time. After you blow out the flame, wait until the candle returns to room temperature before trimming the wick. You should then wait at least 2 hours before you light your candle again. Shorter height allows the wax to capillary up the wick to feed the flame properly.

*Especially on the first burn let the wax melt all the way across. Once your candle's lit, DON'T blow it out until the top layer of wax has melted all the way across.

*Do not move the candle once lit to avoid the wick drowning.

*Don't let the candle burn for more than 4 hours.

*Use a candle snuffer to put out the flame.
